In the year 1999, a club was born in the heart of the Asmalımescit neighborhood of Istanbul. As many will confirm, Asmalımescit was an abandoned corner of town characterized by squats, struggling artists, carpenter workshops, and skid row poets. Since Babylon opened its scarlet red doors the Asmalimescit/Tünel enclave has become the preferred hangout of culturally inquisitive, music-loving Istanbullites and visitors alike. On September 27th 2007, Babylon proudly unveiled a new concrete playground in the neighborhood for those who wish to wine, dine, jump, jive or just pass time… Babylon Lounge

Open from dawn until dusk, the Lounge has a capacity for 50 diners and can accommodate 100 people standing. Featuring an extensive, mouthwatering menu with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night munchies options, come one, come all to dine by two or ten!
